Returns and Refunds Policies
The grounds for all returns/refunds must be brought to the attention of VooDoo Vapour within 7 days of the receipt of all goods. All goods returned must be unused and have all components intact, along with the original order number and proof of purchase. VooDoo Vapour will not be liable for shipping expenses unless faulty goods be due to our error.
The Consumer Protection Act allows VooDoo Vapour to take up to 2 weeks to check any returned goods before returning it to the client, although in all likelihood this period will be less.
No warranty/guarantee applies to any pre-made coil.
Due to the nature of the product, e-liquids that have been opened are not eligible for return.
No returns or refunds apply to sale goods.
Upon receipt of delivered goods, the onus falls on the client to inspect that the delivery contains all ordered items and that the goods received are intact and not damaged. The client should also ascertain whether the goods received are the correct ones, before opening the packaging. Should any of the items be deemed to not be in good order, the client should contact VooDoo Vapour immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or whatsapp (079 937 2530). This should be done within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the understanding that the goods have been accepted in full.
Should a client make VooDoo Vapour aware of a manufacture defect within 7 days of the receipt of goods, the relevant items should be returned by the client for replacement, upon receiving confirmation from owner Zeki Hilmi. All goods must be returned with all components intact, along with the original order number and proof of purchase. The state of goods in transit remain the client’s responsibility. If said item is within its warranty period and no user negligence is identified, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of VooDoo Vapour.
VooDoo Vapour is fully compliant with the manufacturer’s warranty period, however no warranty claim will be processed if goods returned are damaged due to user negligence including product misuse or the disregard of instructions related to the assembly or use of the product. Should user negligence be identified, the cost of transportation back to the client will be for the client’s account.
Should a product fault be identified by the client within 7 days of receipt, VooDoo Vapour will provide a full refund upon receipt of the goods, after all other options to rectify the fault have been exhausted. The cost of returning the goods to VooDoo Vapour will be for the account of the client and all goods must be returned with all components intact and in good order.
